High Impact != High Intensity != High Impact

I am such a failure. I have 2 left feet and I cannot coordinate. I feel like such a duck in the class. Anyway, its really fascinating to learn that simple moves at a 140 bpm (that's not supposed to be very fast) can cause you to break out in such an outbreak of perspiration!

Hi-impact means, an exercise that can have both your feet off the ground. lo-impact means, one foot is on your ground at any one time. We don't do hi-impact aerobics class here anymore. The closest you can get is hi/lo.

High Intensity != High Impact;
High Impact != High Intensity!

I love how lo impact can also be hi intensity!
If lo impact can be hi intensity, why opt for hi impact with high intensity?
